Welcome our Website for our 2021 Festival

This website is undergoing some changes – you may find errors so please look back another day. This message will disappear when things are all tickety-boo !

Covid-19 and the 2021 Festival.

The committee have been considering for some time whether we will be able to run the festival in March 2021.

As the situation into the future is very uncertain, and we would need to plan well in advance and make commitments, we have reluctantly concluded that this won’t be possible.

We are however considering some sort of small-scale online festival and if we can find a practical way to do this we will announce this here, so please check back.

We hope you are keeping safe, and we look forward to our next “in-person” festival, which will hopefully be in 2022.

Entries are closed for the 2020 Festival

We hope you will find this website easy to use – if you experience any problems, do contact our Web Editor  (webeditatdpafdotorgdotuk)  .

We welcome participants of all ages !

Like other festivals who are members of BIFFMDS, we provide the opportunity to perform your chosen performing art before an audience and a highly skilled and experienced Adjudicator. Most classes may be entered competitively, but non-competitive entries are welcomed too. Many classes have trophies for the winners.

More details of the festival are available under About on the menu above.

The dates of future festivals are here

You will find full details of the festival on this web site, which we hope you will find easy to use. Pages all have a Printer Friendly version which will just provide the information in the centre of the page, for printing.

Our Festival is held in Exeter: South Street Baptist Church – for more information see Our Venues.

Our primary source of information is this web site, where entries may also be submitted, but if you wish, printed versions of our syllabus and an entry form are available, and you can submit entries on paper, by post with a cheque if you prefer. Details are here.
